Solitary Muscular Recurrence of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Angiosarcoma of breast or chest wall is a rare recognized side effect in breast cancer survivors secondary to Adjuvant radiation.

The treatment of angiosarcoma of the breast is carried out in number of ways. We would like to report the case of a 50-year old woman.
Solitary Muscular Recurrence

She developed an angiosarcoma of the breast following adjuvant radiation to her conserved breast and was successfully treated with classical Cyclophosphamide, Methotrexate, and 5- fluorouracil (CMF) chemotherapy leading to a successful local surgical salvage.

Impact of Residual Adenopathy Following Chemoradiotherapy for Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck: A Retrospective Analysis of 51 Consecutive Cases

Locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck is commonly treated with chemoradiotherapy (CRT).

It remains uncertain if residual adenopathy (RA), greater than 1 cm in maximal dimension, detected by computerized tomography following treatment has an impact on outcome.
Cell Carcinoma

Similarly, the utility of neck dissection (ND) to pathologically evaluate RA remains undefined. We performed a retrospective analysis to assess the frequency and impact of RA and the utility of ND in SCCHN.

Factors that Influence the Permeability Analysis in Magnetic Resonance Studies of the Prostate

The permeability analysis was performed using the IntelliSpace portal, manufactured by PHILIPS with the Permeability package. The variables changed during processing were the AIF, temporal and spatial smoothing filters.
Studies of the Prostate

For each equipment field strength a processing protocol was created informing the injection time, the relaxativity and the concentration of the contrast agent.

There is a significant difference in the values of permeability between the Manual and Automatic AIF processing. Temporal smoothing filters showed greater variation when using the medium setting.
